PHP.ini settings

When updating php or a computer, sometimes you lose your php.ini file settings. Here are some common starter settings I use as related to extensions:

extension=uploadprogress.so
extension=mcrypt.so
extension=memcached.so

;extension=xdebug.so
;xdebug.default_enable = On
;xdebug.collect_params = 4
;xdebug.trace_format = 1
;xdebug.show_local_vars = On
;xdebug.dump_globals = On
;xdebug.show_exception_trace = On
;xdebug.collect_assignments = 1

zend_extension=/usr/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/xdebug.so

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
; APC             ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

extension=apc.so
apc.enabled=1
apc.shm_segments=1
apc.shm_size=128
apc.ttl=7200
apc.user_ttl=7200
apc.num_files_hint=1024
apc.mmap_file_mask=/tmp/apc.XXXXXX
apc.enable_cli=1

Unescape the xdebug section if you are using it. Make sure you use the “zend_extension” prefix for that.
